" Autoeurope is a great website. Wiber: Long wait to check in (just over 1 hour) Car was dirty and damaged beyond what had been noted. Could not upload pictures on the companies website of additional car damage. A person will not examine the car on collection, you must take photos and upload your photos to their website. This did not work for me, tried several times. Also you only have 2 hours to do this uploading pictures. Additionally, the two hours started for me, at the time I booked the car initially through Autoeurope. By the time I waited and got the car, i only had 20 minutes left to upload photos. Disaster. Hard sell with additional insurance, that I totally did not need. Some might need insurance of course. "

" Generally very good. We had an early morning flight which meant we had to take the fully comprehensive insurance (early morning vehicle return) which we weren't pleased about. However, the desk attendant who looked after us managed it very well and left us feeling satisfied. "

" My initial experience was terrifying. Even though I had taken out full insurance the member of staff told me I was not fully covered. I received details and photos of damage to car and I was supposed to examine car and report any extra damage. At midnight and raining this was'nt possible. So I spent my holiday thinking I was surely going to get skinned here. "
" I collected car at night, raining. Inside of windscreen was dirty which made driving difficult. I had to pull over to clean it. Also offside headlight was misaligned badly. Main beam on ground three feet away. As I was not driving at night after this it was not a problem. "

" Late arrival is charged weather the customer is late or the flight has been delayed. Staff's English language was very bad. After my flight was delayed and after waiting for Wiber staff to pick us up at the airport for more then 45 minutes and after I paid for being late, the staff were unpleasant and nervous. "
