" We always book through AutoEurooe. Very easy process altogether. "

" No issues at all with the car. However collecting the car took about an hour. There was a ticket system that wasn't well advertised and there seemed to be two lots of tickets in use. We had no problem with our car but there were two other customers at the desks at the same time who were told the cars they had reserved weren't available and they were offered much smaller cars. "

" When arrived I was given wrong size car. I had opted to return the car at Murcia airport. I was not told on collection that the Avis/budget office was 3 km from the airport. "

" I don't really like your policy of providing a full tank of petrol and charging for it. If a customer is not travelling very far then it's an additional cost for petrol they will not be using. However, in general the car was lovely and the service was great. "

" Auto Europe website is simple and easy to use but it had a problem accepting my Mastercard / debit card. Prices were the best I could find on the internet and the operators were very helpful "

" All went smoothly with the rental. No Problems with car - it was a new basic Volvo estate. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at Madrid Airport and particularly the man who met us at the Avis drop off point at Alicante Airport. Only issue I have is the notion of charging for Child seats as an extra. Would have cost us over €60 for the week. We didn't avail of this but bought a seat at a local store in Madrid for €9 and left it behind us in the car. All the Car renters charge this apparently. Its a pure nonsense.
