" Had to wait nearly 2 hours at pickup in a massive queue at the rental desk (this was the Hertz desk who also handle Thrifty). There were more rental companies in the area and they were all quiet. I've been renting cars now on a very regular basis (multiple times per year) for the past 30 years and have never experienced such a long wait before. In fairness the 1 person at the desk was doing all he could, but there were clearly not enough people to handle to customers. Initially there were 2 agents but one of them went home at some point, which was hard to stomach with a queue that went all the way to the end of the arrivals hall and around the corner. "

Reservation was for 5 days, we paid in full and could not get a car. Reason we were late was that plane got delayed. We sent an complaint email but we did not received the answer. "

However, I wish they did not list the Spanish companies that rent cars very cheaply, and then find a reason to charge enormous amounts for repair. The client is in a very weak position when returning a car between rushing to a plane, trucking lots of luggage etc etc. Read the reviews for some of these companies and you will see. I was caught out once. "
