" It took me an hour of walking around before I meet a police officer that told me to walk out of the airport and go to a roundabout where there were car hire companies and someone there might know where Keddy or Auto Europe are. There was only 1 car hire company open and when I went into Europcar they told me that they are Keddy and Auto Europe, they agreed the information given to me the customer was pathetic and not acceptable as there were no clear instructions as to where to go to collect the car at the airport and no mention of Europe car. "
" Nobody in the Airport could tell me where to find the Keddy or Auto Europe car collection point as nobody ever heard of both companies working out of Girona Airport. "

" + Good check in experience , lady tried to up sell twice the second to a car she had to give me anyway as she had not what we booked ! Car collection was very poor car had many dents and scrapes some of which were not marked on rental sheet did not like amending when i insisted as check in lady was at pains telling us anything greater than 2 cm would be a problem/cost to us. Also car was not cleaned , much of cabin not hoovered and boot had something spilled in it which had not been even attempted to clean. I pointed it out and the senior lady just shrugged, pretended she could not speak English, though she was when we returned the car ! . i noted there was no warning triangle in its slot and was told it was in spare wheel sump , but as bags in could not check. when i reached my apartment i checked and it was not instead a lot of fluid from the aforementioned spill which I had to soak up as it it was smelling. NOT major but still not good enough. "

" The pickup service was appalling. We queued at one counter and when we got to counter we were told to go to another counter. We had two queues to wait in. We were also told that if we had taken out auto Europe's extra insurance which we did, then it was not as good as theirs and we should take their insurance and cancel auto Europe's. We were also given a hard sell Re upgrade but refused and in the end gave us one for free which was good. Returning the car was also difficult as we could find no petrol stations at or near the airport and had to drive out of airport and into Ibiza town for fill up "

" Couple years ago I rented car from Sri lanka ,all tyres was completely flat and GPS didn't work .I complained to Europcar ,with no response . This year I give second chance to Europcar and again big disappointment . ( a)Staff on counter has very bad English and unhelpful ,the explanation of rules about the car was very confusing . b) I collect the car 28.12 at 6.50 pm ,the person what should be on place until 7 pm ,went early at home,and I missed the opportunity checked the car with authorized person ,because I find more scratches ,what was not on the list ,and the person from counter ignore me.Her answer about my worries with scratches was ,that If I will pay full insurance ,then I can live in peace. This is unacceptable !! c) the Air condition a little smell , the dashboard screen showed that the car need service. d ) pay for child seat 66 euro for two weeks ,is not fair price !! e) I couldn't charge my phone ,because the car charge dint work. ) f) I dint get the car what I was expecting .Instead VW I got Opel . You can learn from a competitive company sixt ,they provide high quality service . "

" I am a returning customer. I am disappointed with this experience. My previous experiences were very positive. I previously found Auto Europe professional and competent. Customer satisfaction and quality are at the heart of your company's philosophy. Live your philosophy. Do the right thing. Review the video of the car at pickup and see that I am not responsible for the damage. "
" The vehicle I rented was fine but had some scuff marks. The marks were minor but definitely present. The contract listed marks but if was not possible to identify which marks on the actual car were being identified in the contract. The desk attendant did not come to the car. It was late evening so it was not possible for me to examine the vehicle in detail when I picked up the car. By the way, the desk attendant when looking at the car at drop-off was not able to clarify to me the marks that were present in the contract. Because of the presence of the scuff marks I took a video of the car the morning after pick-up. The video clearly shows scuff marks. When I returned the car after two weeks, two scuff marks were added to my contract. These marks are clearly visible in the video and were definitely present when I picked up the car. I feel aggrieved that I am being made to pay for Keddy's negligence in identifying and communication scuff marks that were present in the car at pickup. My expectation is that Keddy would have a full and detailed inspection completed before presenting a car for rental. I expect the state of the car is clearly documented and communicated before handing over the car to your customer. I am a returning customer. I am disappointed with this experience. My previous experiences were very positive. I previously found Keddy professional and competent. "

" Overall a good experience, price was competitive but really need to improve signage at Reus - stressful experience. "
" On collection at El Prat it would have been better if the car was at the right terminal. I ended up with the choice of either a different car or wait at least 1 hour. On drop off there was no signage for Keddy or Europcar at all at Reus airport. I ended up nearly missing my flight because I was driving around looking for where I was meant to go. Keddy staff were friendly at Reus, but really need to put up signage and provide directions for drop-off. "

" Only one issue where the man who inspected the car on our return tried to say a scrap was new. If we hadn't called the day after we received the car and reported it as already present- we would have been charged for something pre- existing. Luckily we had reported it and all was fine. "

On returning the car to Malaga airport we followed signs to return rental cars. Saw europcar signage and left car there. Only by chance we met a guy working there who informed us that the car had to be returned to level -2. We had already taken everything out of the car. Customers were speaking to each other mentioning that they would book with more reliable well known providers in the future. We agreed with this sentiment. "
