" I had booked my car for a 12.00 pick up and basically when checking in circa 12.15 I was told there would be a short delay and the car would be available in 15 mins. On going to the pick up area I had to wait for another 60 mins for my car and I eventually left the car hire area at 13.30. A totally frustrating experience as altough the desk staff in the pick up area were courteous and polite there was very little feedback to me as to what had happened or was happening. "

" I have always booked car hire with auto europe and very happy up to now. When booking this car hire which was for a family holiday, I booked two seats for my children and it said there would be an extra cost when getting the car. The extra cost was €138 which is a complete rip off. I could have bought two new seats for that money. Hertz said that it was auto europe rate and not there rate. I will be sending an email with a complaint about the price and will then cancel my account with auto europe if nothing is done about it. "
