" 1) the location is via mini bus and the stand in arrivals was missing. Took a while to find the driver and the location was a good few minutes drive away from the airport. 2) the car was not full of petrol and the staff member said it was but when I refilled the dial was significantly to the right and the gauge gave an additional 50km. 3) it was dark and hard to review the damage sheet - the car had a lot of scrapes and scratches. I'm glad I took time to scrutinize as some were missing from the sheet. I took photons next day and when it was bright to avoid a dispute "
