" While they were probably within their terms & Conditions, it seemed a bit harsh to give our car away within 4 hours of expectedf arrival time as we had paid in advance. We also had to pay an extra €100 for the second car. "
" Our flight in Palma at 7 but 3pm was noted on booking form. We waited for 45 minutes for pick up. i rangtheir office,. They then picked us up . I was advised were noted as a 'no show' and they rented our vehicle to someone else even though we had paid for it. They then advised no other 7 seater in stock. We have to rent a second car for 3 days, then bring them back to swap for a 7 seater. "

" Generally happy except time wasted trying to find pick up point "
" One complaint I have regarding EEcars is that I had great difficulty finding the pick up point for EEcars shuttle bus in Palma AIrport as they have no signage in airport or other directions where actual pick up point is. "
