" Once again AutoEurope provided value for money and Drivalia staff were most helpful and friendly. Location of the pick-up/drop-off and fuel nearby is a little tricky to find, so when in doubt, use google maps on your mobile phones as a backup! "

" You told us we had unlimited mileage and normal fuel conditions ie receiving full return full-. Not the case with Drivealia. Received half full had to return half full - very difficult! Contract limited to 2000 miles. Not what I bought or thought I bought. Been using Auto Europe for 20 years - felt let down! "

" waited for 40 mins at airport for shuttle bus to their pick up point. the shuttle bus stop wasn't signposted, it was just a parking space in the airport. I had to ask other shuttle drivers if they stop here and if they are still running as it was 12.30 at night. the other shuttle buses had gone and come back twice to their car pick up point and we were still waiting not sure if they would arrive or not. I was almost calling a taxi to try go and find them. we had to change a baby car seat for a bigger one. my wife had a lot of attitude from the people on the desk about changing it, they put their heads down said thats all they had and my wife saw the seats in the other room. this after a long day travelling. " Drivalia said that With the Auto Europe Additional Insurance in the event of a claim I would have to pay Drivalia and seek reimbursement from Auto Europe This I found to be unsatisfactory and I took out Comprehensive Insurance with Drivalia at an additional cost of ?121.50 to avoid being out of pocket while claiming from Auto Europe This made the cost of car hire for 1 week ?440.40 which is very expensive "
