" Had used Auto Europe before and had no issues with them and previous car rental, so hopefully they solve my issues "

" ClickRent absolutely ruined my trio, firstly car was three hours late and then scammed out of €672 being bullied into taking out extra insurance saying Auto Europe is a different company and nothing to do with them and car had damage before I even drove off and when pointed it out rudely said take photos and when leaving car back full said it wasn't had to go to garage and get another recipe for €4.50 couldn't get anymore info it and still wasn't showing completely full and mechanic looked at it and was full reading faulty, dreadful company and reported it to Auto Europe and to Customer service Click and Rent "

" After our terrible experience with Clickrent I'm afraid I can't recommend Auto Europe. "

" Please do NOT rent with CLICKRENT. Complete setup when checking returned vehicle. They tried to blame and charge us for a tiny mark on the bonnet. The lady (Emma) checked out the car when we returned and pointed to marks on the tyre, we wiped the marks off with water which really pissed her off. I have never heard of a rental company checking scuffs on tyres. Then she went straight to a small mark on the bonnet, this was a part of the car she hadn't inspected so it was obviously marked on their system. Luckily we took detailed videos of the car when he hired so were able to show that the tiny mark was already there when we enlarged the video still. We had to fight hard not to be charged for damage but we stood our ground. They do not check the car with you when you hire initially so it is up to the customer to check and alert Clickrent of any damage before you drive the car. They do not tell you this when you hire the car. We have been hiring cars for 30+ years and this was the worst drop-off experience we have had. Please do not rent with these scam artists. "

" Very good value and service, except for the hard sell to buy insurance, which I already had cover for, but the office representative ridiculed and attempted to infer it was useless. Car was clean and as expected, I would use the company again. "

" On my return, I phoned Autoeurope customer service to complain . Lady at the phone was very nice and helpful.and I hope I will be able to get money for insurance back Iryna "

" Staff at the desk very NOT friendly and not competent. I was forced to buy insurance as they did not want to accept my credit card as it was over month to get expired, even though there no mention of it in terms and conditions that it should be at least 3 months. I was handed papers back saying I am not getting car. Kids were tired and exhausted, so I just had to buy insurance and Lady still block 1050 eu on my visa. "
