" Only problem was I received no rental documentation to check damage on car. Went back to staff oat counter who had been very nice and helpful and was told it was being sent to my email. Was in a rush so headed off but didn't receive. When I brought car back explained to staff member I had received nothing and didn't expect any damage to be noted on car as any scratches were there when I got car. Staff member insisted i had received documents but I showed her my mails and she agreed I hadn't. There was no problem with car check but it could have led to a difficult situation. Sixt staff overall very pleasant "

" Car was 100% OK, you have to check the scratches and damages listed in the computerized paper you're signing off. I found two more small damages and those were added on a handwritten paper. Pick up of the car went very well, returning the car went very well and during my 14 day stay, no single problem occurred. I recommend not to drive on no-asphalt roads, I did not anyway ! "
" The pick up process was dreadful. The man behind the desk pushed aggressively to ''sell'' additional insurance for € 12 / day because if I would get mechanical problems, no-one would help me. This is purely done to help him to a big commission fee and I never experience such a nasty approach and behaviour from the car rental pick-up desk. I really DO NOT LIKE THOSE PRACTICES AT ALL !!! "
