" We returned the car and invited the staff to do the check up for it. The office wasn`t busy and 3 staff members was in office and no customers. They asked us to sit outside of office. We waited 18 minutes. Then the staff changed (it was 3pm, probably shift finished). We was still waiting again 15 minutes. No customers at that time. When we tried to remaind about us we got an answer that they didn`t know that we are waiting (they could see us through window, we was only 2-3 meters away from them, near office glass wall). We felt neglected and unwelcome. In that time the shuttle bus came and went away without us. Thankfully we wasn`t in hurry. Finaly after 33min (in total) waiting time our returned car was inspected and we went to airport with the next shuttle bus. "

Not expected for a 1 year old car but otherwise it was fine and clean and tody. "

" it was not clear how to get the shuttle, poor instructions. the car had extra scratches and damage to what was on my contract. i had to draw the staffs attention to it. when i returned the car i was late for my flight due to delays on the auto piste, the person at the desk did not do anything to expedite the return. she accused me of the scratches on the car that were already there when i booked it. she tried to make it my responsibility to sort it out, threatened charging against the excess. really unhappy with the return in particular. this lady should not be in a customer facing role. " Collect was ok - car very scratched; never seen a hire car is such a bad condition and docket very hard to understand to see if all the scratches were noted by NIZA. Took numerous photos. Drop off - exceptionally rude staff member - aggressive - got the impression that he was trying to see if they could trick us into charging us for a scratch. Obviously his hand over docket hadn't noted a VERY large scratch down the entire side of the car. He asked for photos we'd taken. Luckily, considering the car was so scratched and we could have missed some of them, one of my picture did catch the beginning of the huge scratch so he just walked away. I asked for documentation to prove that he was satisfied we hadn't done any more damage to the car and he was adamant that simply telling me that the hire was 'closed' was enough; especially as he had been so ignorant already I wasn't satisfied and indicated that it was not normal to not receive a receipt - he argued that it was quite normal but signed his name on my original docket. Left he place really quite worried that I would be charged for something subsequently and have been monitoring my VISA account since! I am a very regular hirer of cars all over Europe and will never use them again. "

" Disappointing, the car was very dirty inside, A lot of damages , dents/ scrapes/ etc on the outside, not freshly washed. Staff didn't show any of the features, such as the convertible soft top use. Fuel full to full was actually 3/8th or some such. The red engine manage light was on continuously, the car needed to be serviced, this would suggest that it was costing us more to run than it possibly should have, not to mention the environment. "

" Marked down as they hard sell their insurance excess product. It is quite obviously that their staff are on commission as the loose interest in customer service, once you decline it. They also insist that they withdraw ?1,800 from your credit card as a deposit rather than just putting a hold against the card for this amount. I would recommend them but they need to review their customer experience at car collection and change how they incentivise their staff as the current model has a significantly detrimental impact on customer experience. " Having prepaid for my rental I arrived in Malaga at 21:00 hrs on a Friday night to be told I could not have the car unless I paid ?140 for extra insurance. This was despite the fact that I have private cover any excess. The customer service was rude and adamant and after 10 minutes of discussion said he would not explain any further as I was "English" and would not understand. He then said I was stupid if I thought I could rent a car for the price Niza advertised and said I must pay or leave. Of course I had to pay as there was no other way to get a car at that stage. I have used Niza car on previous occasions but I would not see any reason to use them again. "

Personal service OK -BUT Niza required extra 120 Euros and this was far more than expected, since I had paid Autoeuropa 140 Euros in advance no 1 car defect: Skoda Oktavia - wheel bearing defect no GPS. Had to drive back to ogfive in airport. Officer questioned about the error was real - but it was endeed. no 2 car Skoda Fabia - was OK, but after driving 500 KM in mountains I sadly learned, that there low was dramatically low pressure in tyres (1,3 and demanded 2,3 in two tires.) Very insecure driving! GPS very difficult to programme. display showed many errors - te. lack of water cooler very.. disruptive... "

" Have hired vehicles from many different car hire firms and expect that each firm will always try to sell the extra CDW excess insurance. However when I refused to take the insurance the behaviour of the representative at NIZA became totally unprofessional, offensive,abusive and threatening. The staff member threw the car key across the desk to me, rather than handing it to me. Eventually we went out to inspect the vehicle, which I was told had two items of damage, yet upon inspection, even the representative could only find one scratch. " We landed at 9:40. I had no bag to collect so I went to find the car hire desk. Their was none! They had no signs in the airport for Niza. I had to go to a reception desk outside of the airport for assistance. They advised that I would need to take a shuttle bus. I had to call Niza to find out where to do this. By the time I got to Niza it was 10:20 and I had to wait 20 mins in a que this meant that we had to pay an extra 40 late hours fee. I was also told that if I could not put a 1200 deposit on a credit card in my own name I would have to pay an additional 51 insurance. Which I had to. The lady did not consider our situation at all. I would suggest that you remove them from your service. No matter how cheap they are. "

" Because I had a separate excess insurance cover policy I did not need Niza's insurance cover and almost felt intimidated by their staff by virtue of the fact that I was not taking their super cover. On multiple occasions they said that I had no insurance with my rental by Auto Europe, which I thought was incorrect. They then gave me a 6 month old car with multiple marks on it and started to photograph each mark which they emailed to me, again which I felt was to apply pressure to buy their insurance. On dropping the car back I saw them use similar tactics with other customers. "
