" Easy collection, drop off in Geneva Airport a bit confusing to find and then dropping the car was easy. Went to get Petrol in Airport and it was very difficult and confusing to operate the pumps etc. There was a queue at the petrol pumps with a lot of people, all trying to figure out how to use the pumps and pay. "

" Good counter staff at europecar in GVA Airport. Car was newish and drove well. Pity I ended up giving back a car with an interior cleaner than I received it. "

" Unfortunately there were obvious signs that the interior of the vehicle had not been properly cleaned. Belongings of previous occupant in the central column, dirty trays, dirt around and under mats. "

" Autorent does a good job as an aggregator and a means to obtain competitive pricing. "

" While this experience was Ok and fairly typical of most car rentals I have experienced. I was not aware that Unirent is owned by Europcar. Given Europcar's blatantly fraudulent dealings with me in the past, I will be encouraging all of my contacts to avoid having any dealings with them or their subsidiary companies. "

" It would be helpful to have some basic information about the cars you are likely to be allocated such as how to start a car without a key, this was my first time with such a car and I had to spend time working out how to start and stop the engine. "
