" I would like someone from Auto Europe to review my reservation & advise why SIXT thought my reservation was for a small Peugeot, but Auto Europe stated it was for a VW Golf or similar. "
" When I arrived the agent offered me an "upgrade" to a Mini Cooper S automatic. I asked how this could be an upgrade, as my booking was for a VW Golf or similar. However, the agent told me that on the SIXT system my booking was for a smaller Peugeot & therefore the Mini Cooper S was an upgrade. When I got to the car I realised it was only a 2 door, which the agent neglected to tell me. However, it was late & I just wanted to get to my destination, so I didn't go back. I don't know how this discrepancy arose but would appreciate an answer. "
