" I recently rented a car from Viaggiare and was absolutely delighted with every aspect of my experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in need of a rental car. The vehicle I received was nothing short of perfect – brand new and absolutely immaculate, inside and out. It's always a pleasure to drive a well-maintained car, and Viaggiare clearly takes pride in their fleet. Beyond the car itself, the staff were truly great. Every interaction was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire process stress-free. Furthermore, I found their pricing to be very reasonable, offering excellent value for the quality of service and vehicle provided. Finally, the pickup and drop-off process was incredibly fast and easy. This efficiency is a huge plus, especially when you're on a tight schedule or just eager to start/end your journey without hassle. " i would not use viaggiare again and i will advise my family and friends who have been travelling to verona for the past 25 years, renting cars at the airport several times each year, to rent a car from this provider. i did not receive any level of service or even courtesy from the staff member and i would not be happy to attend at their counter again. the worst experience i have had in my 20/25 year car rental experience at Verona or any other european airport. "
" collection was fine however drop off was a very negative experience. i almost missed my flight for which i had arrived 2 hours early. this was due to the attitude and non existent customer service of the viaggiare staff member. "

" Horrible experience. The car I hired was missing the boot cover ( Panda). As soon as I arrived in Cremona having travelled from Bergamo I noticed it was missing and wrote to the carhire advising it. I have pictures. They have now charged my credit card 975 euros for damages. I am going to pursue it in the small claims court. "

" Good to know that the office is in Bergamo Airport, but the car pick-up & car return are outside the terminal. There is a free bus shuttle from terminal to park8ng P3, where all operators have their cars. "
