" yes, i would "

" Everything was very good and staff was polite and helpfull will us Auto Europe again. "
" Very good and very efficient will use Thrifty again. "
" Initial booking fairly easy although wasn't expecting the cost of the rental to be taken at booking time but rather at the return of the vehicle to the rental company. "
" A number in the queue at the rental check-in desk in Linate although it did move relatively quickly. The selected car was available (A-Class auto) but was an older model, had a higher mileage than I'd ever seen on any car I'd rented previously and had a fair amount of damage, scrapes and scratches on front and rear bumpers and three of the 5 doors. Unfortunately I added to the damage by denting the bonnet and awaiting my fate as to what finally Thrifty are going to come back with. They have already taken 1200 from my card which seems excessive considering all the other damage to the car. I'm assuming that they'll not take this opportunity to fix all the damage at my expense while on my 'rental' so to speak. Mechanically it was fine. "
" Very helpful staff and excellent service. "
" Very helpful staff and excellent service. "
" Too much time taken at the desk to complete paperwork. "
" Good "
" easy to book, great price. Car was a bit old and bumped but that seems to be the norm in Rome. Very happy overall "

" When making the booking I found the Auto Europe Agent to be extremely helpful, courteous and competent. I would have preferred to have been charged the extra Insurance cost when making the booking rather than having to pay an extra 60 euro on arrival at Thrifty Car Rental in Bergamo, as I had asked the agent if I was fully covered for Insurance. "
" Apart from having to pay 60 euro for Insurance I was otherwise happy to deal with Thrifty. The Agent spoke good English and there was no undue delay in processing the transaction. "
" More flexibility regarding early returns and changes to rental agreements for loyal customers would be nice "
" Very satisfied with the service however the citroen C1 is THE WORST rental car I have ever had. The 107 beats it hams down. For the same rental price I would go with a different company who could guarantee that I would not get a C1 "
" I choose my rental on the basis of having full no excess insurance and that the driver and card holder was not the same person. On most outlines on line this was apparent but not on the one I chose, this meant at collection I had to add the card holder as a driver. Had the card holder not had a driving licence with her or had not been present this would have caused major problems. Yes the fact was in the t +cs but as you know there is a lot involved in planing a trip and i missed it in the overall. So this point might be more clear over all suppliers and not just most. "
" I think the extra charge for refuelling is excessive, given that we returned with just a "few Euros" short of a full tank. The last station on our way back to Bologna was outside the city. Also the return journey is often under pressure and still on unfamiliar roads so two stops for fuel is a lot to ask. I would be happy to take a seven eights filled car and return. This would work well and I think most people would be very happy to take an almost full car and be sure that it would be correct when returned, even if it was a little fuller than when collected. "
" I feel that you should explain the responsilities, of the person hiring through you, in plain comprehensible language. This would include what do in the event of an accident, damage to the car and the procedure on returning the car. Tim "
" We had to quey for 90 minutes at there desk in the airport before we got our car. Nobody there to check the car out and we spent sometime looking for their rep to have the car checked when we returned it. All a little too stressful. I would not use them again unless I had to. Tim "
" none "
" clean interior of car before rental. "
" When we arrived there was a very long queue at the Thrifty desk. One of the reasons was that a person ahead of me had not printed out their voucher and the desk could not accept their voucher without having it printed. So, they had to call your office to request it to be emailed to the desk. Guess what... I hadn't printed mine either. I am so used to having voucher codes etc. (even boarding passes) on my phone being accepted that I rarely print anything out these days. It would be worth forwarding an electronic copy of each voucher issued to the desk before the client arrives. Another reason for the queue was that thrifty more clients than other companies because of your prices. "
" See above and... The Thrifty staff were pleasant when everything was in order and the staff at the car pick up and return area were friendly and cheerful. "
" system should be capable of storing information such driving license etc "
" For the autoeurope service, nothing to say: perfect. "
" All the people at thrifty were moody or rude, and i met 4 people. A smile can change everything. For example when i asked were was the car, a man just answered "push the key button and you will see the lights... In a parking with more than 200 cars... 15 min to find it. No "hello" or "goodbye", really for a customer service, italian thrifty is shit. I already rent in thrifty Ireland, it was perfect. Italians need to be educate about their services! But the car was clean and brand new that was a very good point. "
" It would make booking easier if the prices for accessories, such as child-seats, were visible before actually making a booking. The prices for these accessories can vary a lot, affecting the final price. "
" Love the idea of being able to cancel free of charge and am really impressed with the insurance schemes on offer. "
" Very slow reception area a long wait to process car rental. Once through that hurdle, car in very good condition. You should really check the fuel level on car and report any discrepancy to staff prior to driving away. Make sure you book your insurance online as to top up in Palermo is very expensive. "
" Improve the car return process at cagliari and inform customers at the start of rental of the return process "
" as above, same company "
" Desorganized; more than 1 hour on the queue for the car "
" Not a great helpline "
" Very friendly and efficient "
" I was hiring an automatic car in Italy, and also wanted to drop it off at a different destination, so this probably limited my options. The website kept returning options that looked good, but a day later I'd get an email saying that the car request could not be fulfilled. Then, a travel discussion site on the Web suggested that I phone Auto Europe directly, and sure enough a very helpful guy was able to sort me out with a car. Not sure why phoning should get a better result. Nevertheless, happy with the service. "
" great price on vehicle and service. "
" reliable car and user friendly service "
" Booking experience very good. Called Emergency Line for info on paying parking fine & was helpful and directed us to local help line number . Local number, however, was friendly but gave incorrect info. We were told fine could be paid at any post office. When we tried to pay at local post office we were unable to. Overall though, very good service! "
" We were waiting a very long time in Alghero airport for service. 3 people in the booth and although there was a very long queue only one staff member was dealing with the bookings. There was diesel in the car for only 8km of driving, and as it was a Sunday the nearest gas station was 5km away - not exactly leaving any room for error on the part of the tourist!! After going BACK into the Thrifty office in the "Arrivals" we did eventually get a staff member to escourt us to a gas station and fill the car. Upon returning the car, we were again left waiting for a very long time. There was no staff member at the return carpark. We returned the keys at "Thrifty" office and waited for 40 minutes for the car to be inspected, after being told 15. "
" Long queue at desk when arriving to collect with only one assistant. "
" No return agent to receive car at depot. "
