" Upon return company claimed damage to car rear hatch that we believe was already on car. They asked if we had video at pickup but such never advised as company showed pictures and diagrams of damage. Upon return no picture and they said circle on their diagram was only for small nicks in rear hatch not for dent someone caused when parked. Said would have to check all previous emails with head office to see if previously mentioned but do not believe did so, and next day received Euro 670 invoice from excess. Outrageous. Would never rent from them again. Luckily have private rental excess insurance. Company not trustworthy. "

" We got a battered Citroen car. Wheel was very damaged & warning light came on for wheel as we drove off. Very worried the whole time as we had a lot of driving in Tuscany. Also as my husband was driver & just had his contactless credit card with him & not his physical card with him - they fixed him €15 per day! I had made the booking & had my physical card with me but they wouldn't accept that. €105 on top of the cost of our booking for a battered car. Not happy at all! "

" No aircon in car , car extremely hard to find in car park .Was not explained properly to bring key to attendant ,qued in airport. "

" I was very fortunate to have been attended to by Alice at the Target Tent office. She is a charm. My car of choice wasn't ready so she offered me another similar car but we waited for the original. The car was as expected but with several scratches on the bodywork and bumper area. That's to be expected and not a problem. She carefully noted all the damage visible and copied the document to me. She did not try to oversell anything regarding upgrades or insurance etc but pointed out the options available and explained them to me. "

" The desk is NOT in the terminal, as advertised. It is OUTSIDE the terminal, beside the large multi-storey car parking structure. It takes a good few minutes to walk over there with luggage, crossing a couple of internal airport roads. It was not easy to find the desk of Target Rent, which seems to be a subsidiary of Dinamica. The desk had a large "Dinamica" sign and very small (by comparison) Target Rent sign. The same situation in the car park - no signs for Target Rent, only for Dinamica. We were given the key and told to go pick up the car, but we searched for over 20 minutes, as there was no attendant in sight (it turned out he was hiding inside a portable cabin serving as an office). Either Target Rent improves its signage, or it is made clear that the rental company's name is Dinamica (as stated on all the documents that were e-mailed to me). "
