" Counter clerk at Nice airport was not helpful, mean and she was pushing to my mother (who doesn't speak good english) extras, that were more than we paid for the car! ($700 dollars). My mom tried to reach me, but wifi was bad so she asked the clerk to provide her phone number so I could contact them directly, but she refused to do so. I found the number online, called (it was in the middle of the night here in the US) explained that my mom doesn't need any extras besides additional driver. She was still pushing extras and at the end of a day my mom was charged a bit more than 45 euros for an additional driver even though on the voucher it is clearly says that additional driver charge should not exceed 45 euros tax included. I usually do not complain about minor issues, but this was a pretty bad experience and very stressful for my mother. Plus it took her more time to check out the car instead of enjoying her vacation. "
