" Overall excellent.. just short staffed on the arrival desk .. "

" Whole experience was good .. my only issue that there were only two staff members at pickup and a very long queue .. maybe it'd be an idea to put one extra member of staff on.. Returning the car was an absolute pleasure .. the young man who took the keys checked the fuel .. it was half full .. he went over the car to make sure nothing was left and then went beyond good service and he check my terminal and flight and directed me .. your customer service is excellent.. I will be back in Paris on 14th and I'll be renting from you again !! "

" Autoeurope were as helpful as possible with the above problem...however, you could not organise an extension of this rental for us...perhaps this is something you should/could look into in order to provide a seamless extension for the client. "

" Overall very good. Just a few points: firstly the key for the car was in very bad condition, with 2 buttons missing...making it difficult to use. Secondly we tried to extend the duration of this rental and it was NOT an easy or good experience dealing with Europcar by phone...and the cost was €150 more expensive than returning the car and taking out a new car through Autoeurope...which was extremely inconvenient. "
