" There was only one person at the desk to attend to a queue of people picking up and dropping off cars. The vehicle given to me was extremely old and filthy dirty inside, it was extremely muddy inside and I refused to accept it. I was then given an alternative car that had warning repair and service lights flashing on the dashboard, the attendant got rid of the signals by overriding the warning lights but I was not confident with the vehicle. "

" Cheaper than most but there is a reason . Took over 1 hr 30mins to get the car. No clear instructions on where to get bus. No clear instructions on the fact you need to call them . Even after calling it took 40 mins to collect us. Then car was not ready . Car was fine , older cars with high mileage so suited us as price was good . No hard sell on insurance which was nice . Guy at desk was decent . No trying to claim damage when returned car and deposit straight back . Overall was fine but seams like a small operation and wouldn't want to find out how they would deal with a problem . Main problem for them is bus transfer . "

" My experience with Rentscape could not be any worse. My experience with Autoeurope will very much depend on how my complaint is dealt with and whether I get a full refund for a car that I never received. I am a regular user of AutoEurope but will not use this site again if I do not get satisfaction in this regard.................. "
" Rentscape were extremely slow and completely disorganised and after nearly 2 hours in their office they did not have the car that had been reserved and were unable to offer a viable alternative. We (group of 8) had to return to the other Rental providers and try to find an alternative vehicle, which we eventually did at more than 3 times the booked price. I have sought a refund from Autoeurope for the original booking but have not heard anything back 6 days later. I am extremely annoyed and seriously out of pocket !! "

" I received a speeding fine for 45 euro. Rentscape added an administration fee of 49.50 euro to my bill. As a result of an accident en route to Nantes, I was caught in a major traffic jam. I left the petrol tank at 4/8. This was checked and agreed on. It required 25 litres approximately which costs 40 euro. Rentscape charged me 149.40 euro, made up of 104.40 euro for petrol and 45 euro for labour costs. This is outrageous behaviour "
