" I have been using Auto Europe for many years and my experience has always been excellent. This recent encounter with LUTAM was a disaster. When picking up the car in an underground carpark there was no internet connection, and so no record of the existing marks on the vehicle could be printed off. I had to use my phone to record the marks. I then paid insurance to reduce liability in the event of an accident. This was €95 to reduce any liability to a ceiling of €195. On returning the vehicle the 'inspector' said there was a mark that had not been recorded and they were going to charge for it. They said they would send me an email with all the details. That was 3 days ago and there was a deduction of €254 on my credit card with no explanation whatsoever. I am disgusted and believe this company is a scam. I don't think Auto Europe should promote then "
