" Within 45 minutes of landing in Milan I was in a public toiket crying due to the staff at the checkin desk. I had the worst experience in my life. When we got to the desk in Bergamo airport there were no signs to collect a ticket for the queue and only after 10 minutes people on the flight saw the ticket machime which is not the norm as we hire cars all the time. I chose my ticket and ended up behind in the queue with none or no sign indicating you need a ticket. When it got to my turn an angry agent asked me agressively was I pregnant and I said I was not then he huiliated me coming around the deska nd raising his voice in front of 20 -30 people highlighting I pressed the pregnant woman button incorrectly. he made me start again and go back in the queue and at this stage another flight arrived and all those people were in front of me. I understand I amde the mistake but the ticket machine was not easy to use and I saw a wheelchair and a person button and thought I correctly slected the person button but did not realsise the picture was a person with pregnant, you woudl have to look very closely to see it. I felt humilated like a dunce given out to by a teacher in front of my 3 kids and others. I actually started crying with my kids, After waiting my turn again I saw others that had come after e were now starting to e served and my husband asked me to go up and ask what was happening. I waited patiently while he finished with his clients and asked very nicely why 2 oters went ahead, He was so agressive telling me I was the only one complaining and that I woudl end up with no car and to go and sit down and I probably would not even get a car at this stage. He said I was the only one that made the mistake which was completly incorrect as when other saw what happened to me they realised they made the mistake too and one family the same agent sent them back to the queue the way he had with us. When we got our turn over an two hours later he said he started to gove out again and then calmed down and explained why other go ahead if they are not with a broker etc.. I felt like a child being corrected and I actually could not take anymore and went into th toilets crying. He apologised to my husband and said he upgraded us which he didnt as a VW Golf is in the same range as the Audi A3 I booked. It was actually the worst experience ever I have had with car rental and was about to create a forum on it to advise others, juntil I see what your feedback is. I checked with customer services and some of the other car rental companies and nobody heard of Keddy. i went to the auto europe desk in the rental car park and I was told they only deal with sicily by car and my voucher was not valid with them. I called several of the phone numbers on the voucher and after waiting for long periods I was told to go to the Keddy desk - which doesn't exist. Eventually I overheard another tourist talking about Keddy and when I spoke to her she told me to go to the Europcar desk. Europcar was not mentioned anywhere on my voucher or on my emails. There is are no signs directing Keddy customers to Europcar. I wasted 90 minutes and phone credit. "

" Nightmare scenario. Keddy was represented by Europcar. No Fiesta and I was offered Citroen C1 which I refused to take as it was a smaller class. The girl insisted she had nothing else and then said that a Yaris Hybrid was available but it wd cost an extra 5 per day. I reluctantly decided to accept it and objected to having to pay extra. The car had a damaged rear bumper, dented wheel arch and other damage so I refused to accept it. Eventually another yaris offered. 5 extra per day also because GPS. I object to this charge. On return extra payment demanded because of scuff marks to bumper. Wife photographed car before journey commenced so we cd prove damage done prior to me taking car. Never again Europcar. "
" I had bad experience with Europcar in Brittany. I returned the car and was told everything was ok. Later they billed me for an extra 48 for damage which I had not done. It took two months before I got a refund. I have used Auto Europe in booking car with Avant in Dubrovnik and everything went very smoothly. My advice is delete Europcar and Keddy from your supplier list. "
