" I found the travel directions to the office very difficult at Nice airport. The car was very dusty when being collected & I felt that it should have at least been rinsed off in the adjacent autoeurope car wash. Otherwise all was good, I hope the above is helpful to improving your service. On collection the staff member could have been more pleasant, he was not very helpful in relation to travelling direction queries, exit from the airport. Similarly, on drop-off, while very efficient, the staff member was not courteous in relation to a simple question about how to egress to go to the airport terminal. "

" Our flight was due to land at Nice at 9.0pm. Interrent had our flight no. Flight landed late at 9.30pm. I immediately began ringing Interrent office on no. provided to use out of hours if necessary. Arrived at Interrent at 9.57pm. Office closed. Spoke to young Interrent employee doing car returns.He said he couldnt help if office locked. Cost 100 euro for taxi to Monaco and 13 euro for busses the next day. On return next day staff very sympathic. "

" The counter staff were not good. There was a large queue and there were two men working. One went on a break while the queue was watching in disbelief. The second then announced to the queue that he was going home and we would have to wait for the other staff member to return from his break. He was arrogant and told us that we don't pay his wages and would we pay for him to stay on later. We all announced that we would complain and he said he didnt care. He was aggressive to an older gentleman in the queue and walked out leaving about 5 people waiting in the office with no one there. I waited over 1 hour to pick up my car. I will never use Interrent ever again and have told a lot of my friends already. "

" On the voucher it said to head to the Europcar desk to pick up the car. After waiting there for 45 min we were told that Interrent actually have their own desk inside the airport and we need to go there "
" There were loads of things that went wrong: - it took 1 hour to get the car even though everything was already payed for; the last 15 min of which we spent in the car park waiting for someone to bring us the car, even though at the desk we were told they are already there, waiting for us. - there was loads of damage on the car so we had to spend an extra 10-15 min taking pictures to make sure we would not get blamed for it. - even though it just came from a car wash the car was not properly cleaned on the inside, it has loads of stains and the steering wheel felt sticky. - the child seat was disgusting; I had to try and clean it myself - we got a petrol car, and were expecting a diesel. "
