" Felirent in Malpensa are located out of the airport so it was quite confusing to find them. They offer a shuttle service but you have to call them. The car was in decent condition, not very clean, with the right mirror broken and needed service. They try to charge additional costs on top of the agreed fee. For example, they claim they do not recognize the insurance I had booked from Autoeurope and claim i should add an additional insurance from Felirent. I had booked an additional cost of 7euro per day for traveling abroad and they charged me 15euro per day claiming their catalogue changed. They also charged 10euro cleaning fee. On the drop-off they said they should charge a penalty of 25euro for 4 liters of diesel missing from the tank plus the value of the diesel. At least they proposed a gas station near by and i drover over and filled the missing diesel. Also, they check very carefully in order to see any damage and charge it. The drop-off process took more than 30 minutes. Overall, I would not recommend them as the feeling you get is that they try to trick you. "

" 1st problem no clear communication on where car was situated.no at airport as expected. Left at airport for over a hour only then to be ripped for over a hundred euros because they reckoned I was late , a bullshit late charge Next problem false advertising of vehicle I ordered a van with 7 seat because I had passengers+ luggage only to find they were given me a car with 7 seats no luggage space at all. We had to fold seats down to get luggage in & then had to sit on top of each other for the long drive to hotel, there is a serious safety issue with this. As for the office staff we met they were totally unhelpful only interested in robbing me for late fees. Over all a disaster you should be ashamed of this level of service I own a service company my self and if I treated people like this I would be out of business a long time ago. You can't put 7 people and luggage in a 5008 This is no safe more legal. "

" Given that we never actually got the car because the company were closed by the time we arrived at arrivals and nobody to even answer the phone, I think it was disgusting for one, and also told by a bigger company that the smaller companies never wait open of a flight is delayed. Having to pay €220 for a taxi to bring us 40 minutes up the road was daylight robbery but we had no choice as could not get a reply from your company "
