" No shuttle service provided on arrival, had to walk with 4 cases and a two year old child. Reception staff unwilling to point out damage already present on vehicle...just told to check email but all damage listed in Portuguese so difficult to check. Poor customer service experience. Actual Car provided was ok. Return experience much better and shuttle provided back to airport after requesting. Overall somewhat disappointing. "

" I ordered a child seat for baby under 1, the car seat was broken and not fitted. They provided a replacement which was flithy, they did not care. I had to fit the seat myself and clean it before putting child into it. Also requested the drop off point in Lisbon and was given the meet and greet area. Staff try to push extras onto you , toll tag, insurance etc. Would never use them again "

The reserved car was 'renault megane or similar' but we received a renault clio (which is a smaller class, so had a lower price in the original quotes). We received no discount for this. We got back to drop-off later than expected, and the extra day we had to pay was priced at more than 3x the daily rate for the original rent (i am not sure where we could have found this info in advance, and the rate hike is principially bothering me) "
