" Very straightforward - we are the cautious type so we video the vehicle pre and post rental, photograph the fuel receipt and log any findings at collection - we have used 3 different car hire companies for 7 rentals and always followed the same procedure and never had issues. I'd certainly rent from Thrifty/Hertz again if returning to Eindhoven. "
" We unfortunately had repeat boarding and 10 minute delay due to a technical issue - in Eindhoven one of our checked suitcase was lost, therefore a report was required - this added an hour on our scheduled pick up, we went to the *Hertz* desk and the representative was exemplary - accommodating and understanding plus friendly. What a great relief - straight forward process, retuning the car is even easier as it's returned to the same carpark whereby a ticket at the barrier logs your return and a rep will be there to take over - it's 3 minutes walk to the terminal. "

" Very good all round. The counter staff should have explained how to exit and return to parking ground with the ticket. I did not know what I had to do and was caught out in the rain when I returned. I received an upgrade vehicle, A Jeep Renegade which I enjoyed very much but the same lady did not know how the handbrake worked when asked. Will recommend to friends and would have scored 10 overall except for the above issues. "

" They did not offer the selected car type but they offered a SUV what I really did not want. Then they gave me a very nice upgrade which I was delighted about (Volvo V40) BUT at the pickup location at Schiphol I had to wait another (!!!) 25 minutes before the car became available, also taking into account that I had to walk already 15 minutes from check in desk to pick up location: this is TOO LONG. Moreover, the car had two difficult to discover big scratches/damages on the right hand side front door which was not mentioned on the papers and I discovered that only 6 hours later ( so the door which is NOT the driver's door ) because I was the only person in the car all the time. This is NOT GOOD at all !!!!!!! "

" Human skin on the steel g wheel and controls can not cleaned properly "
" The car was not hoovered out as there was bits of dirt on the floor and also what looked like human skin from the hands of the driver around the steering wheel and controls. Very disgusting "

" When booking I assumed the pick up point was at Schipol airport rather than to take a shuttle to an offsite location abot 5kms away. This should be made clear early in the reservation. Other than that everything was satisfactory "
