" Main issues are: The depot is about 2km from the airport, necessitating collection by van. The collection point is not clear. It is not in the Car Rental village but is located at P4 in the area for buses. The collection took some time, about 30 minutes and this is not ideal in very hot weather. Conversely, the trip back was clockwork and quick, partly because we knew what we were doing. Car Hire was cheap, so you have to allow for that. "
" No issues with the company other than: We booked a 308 Estate of similar (compact class) We received a Skoda Scala other option was a Fiat Tipo based on the fact that there was just two of us. I feel this was a level below expectations. But for what we needed it was fine. More importantly, the tyre threads were either at the threshold or just above being legal. This is unacceptable. At that time of the year if it rains the roads are lethal and you need good tyres. The car had been through the wars and felt it. "

" Experience with Auto Europe booking onlione was good. The pick up process at Surprice can be improved. Drop off was smooth and the person named Sally was very polite and helpful. "
