" The service from Rent a star at collection was not good. The staff were not up to speed with what to do and it took almost an hour to get the car. The car was perfect however and the drop off was fine. I would not use Rent a star again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else due to the attitude of their staff at collection, where they were playing videos on their phone while we were waiting to get the car. " The return of a vehicle was problematic. Only two clerks worked in the office. There was a crazy load. We arrived half an hour before the scheduled time for the return of the vehicle and three hours before the flight. In the end because of the delays we missed our flight which cost us 430 euros. There were people standing in line behind me getting very nervous just wanting to drop off the vehicle which made the whole situation uncomfortable. Also, you're a Rental Car company, please make sure your staff know at least English, cause during my booking I couldn't make conversation about my credit card rejection which caused a delay for looking a person who can clarify me whats wrong. In the end, I couldn't book the car, but just for that, I was standing 30 minutes in the queue while your staff wasn't really considerate. "
