I an alos concered that KLASS WAGEN saved pictures of my passport & drivers licence - i asked them to delete but I am not sure they did . "
" When I arrived to collect my car I was given 2 option pay €350 insurance for 5 days and pay €350 deposit for tolls or they would block €3500 off my credit card and they proceeded to explain how any scratch on the car would cost me €700. So I declined as this felt like a scam to me and I had the use a taxi instead which was really inconvenient . See Tripadvisor reviews for similar stories - I called Autoeurope and explained the story and requested a refund but was told to call back . I have not been able to get throught to anyone yet. "
