" I'm not so happy about the actual car I received based on what I selected in the autoeurope website. I selected 'van' in the autoeurope website selection. I received a Toyota C-HR which really doesn't qualify as a 'van' and they already said to me it was already an upgrade. Autoeurope needs to review what cars you are reserving given what options are selected. "
" They made a mistake on return by entering the wrong number plate and nearly charged me for different customer's rental. Also they nearly didn't record my return or my rented car. Fortunately I spotted it at the return desk and managed to have them fix this. "

" I was a bit annoyed that I had been given a smaller class of car than what I booked, I wasn't offered any refund or even an apology. It was lucky I rang up and queried it though because any damage caused to the original car which I was supposed to have received would have been liable to me. "
" Besides been given the incorrect car, (I was emailed pictures and details for an Opel Astra with a registration number also, and was given an entirely different car, I was given an Opel Corsa, and the first they knew about it was when I rang them the next day to query why I had no contract in relation to the car I was actually driving. But I have to say everyone I dealt with in Schiphol Airport were lovely and professional. The whole process of collecting the car and dropping it off couldn't be simpler. " I don't agree with the practice when Hertz ( and it happened to me with others as well) when showing them the Autoeurope voucher, they don't offer you more than one car - as they say...it is the only one available...in the category. I am offering you this detail not because I didn't agree with the car they offered, I think that they are not as polite to a third party voucher client as they are with their own clients and I did want you to know. "
