I was due to be late at Amsterdam airport and rang Autoeurope 5 minutes before local desk closure as I was unable to contact them directly. The agent from Autoerope told me on the phone that he could not do anything for me as it is 5 min before closing time. he did not provide me with follow up support, neither he advised me what to do but left me hanging with no information. He simply told me I am late and hung up the phone leaving me worried all night as I thought you cancelled my rental! On the next day I had good experience with Greenmotion, they were polite and had the car ready for me. I have very bitter taste from my experience with AUTOEUROPE's CS desk, extremely unhelpful and looking down on customers, UNFAIR! Why should i booke via Autoeurope if so unhelpful? "

" No problem with Green Motion. However, the young male staff member representing Auto Europe at Schipol Airport on arrival was arrogant, rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Not only that but he then uncaringly misdirected me to Enterprise Car Hire instead of Green Motion. Lesson for you at Auto Europe...When your staff deal with your clients and your clients are what drive your company profits, try hiring staff who actually give a crap about both of theses details. "

" We were not picked up at airport by shuttle bus. Green Motion would not answer the phone on the several occasions we rang or the numerous times that the Europe Auto agents tried to call. Eventually we were told my your agent to get a taxi to Green Motion which cost us €24. When we got there Green Motion was closed. So we had to return to the airport and hire another car from a different provider as we could not find a hotel room available that night in our price range . This cost us €206 and the delay of 2 hours meant that we did not arrive at our destination until 1..30am. This meant that we inconvenienced someone who had to wait up. We were also out of pocket significantly. The fact that we did not received any contact from Green Motion on the night or at any other time to see why we did not pick up the car is a disgrace. "
