" Our car had a leaking tire after the first few days, and we weren't sure why. However, we were provided with a tire pump and then called the rental company. We got a new tire in no time. "

Your booking voucher explained everything to me in detail, and when I did have questions, your customer service reps cheerfully and competently handled my concerns. I am not usually impressed by a car rental company, but you have exceeded my expectations. Well done. "

" Checkout was easy and quick with no surprises or unnecessary complications. Flizzr (SIXT) even upgraded me to a luxury car for having to wait in line behind a big crowd. The car was immaculate and ran like a beast. Return was quick and efficient as well. 100% recommend both AutoEurope and Flizzr/SIXT for future rentals in Europe. "

" There was an issue with the credit card that we couldn't lock the required 1500€ cover. As a result we had to pay 144€ to reduce the cover limit to 300€. The price is determined based upon the no of renting days which doesn't make sense as the excess is the same whatever the rental lenght is. Considering the renting of the car was around 70€ and already included the cover for excess reimbursement from autoeurope, I found this was a total steal. We tried giving another credit card but they didn't accept it because it was under another name. Reflecting on this afterwards we think adding a name driver would have costed us less but they didn't accept that solution neither. I regret we paid the extra money, we should just have walked to another provider. "

" In the future it would be appreciated if Auto Europe was to be very clear about the CDW option during the online signup process, then I would not feel misled about price. "

" The think I didn't like was that the online booking process was not upfront about the inclusive insurance policy. i.e. I wanted a policy excluding the CDW since I already had coverage. This fine print issue came up only after I was at the counter to pick up and asked to turn down the CDW only to be told it was mandatory to have because it was in the booking made with Auto Europe and could not be changed. I felt like this was underhanded and like a bit of a trap, and had to pay more money to reduce the deductible to a level that my policy already had. "

" my experience with auto europe is always good...but you must take responsibility for who you recommend...when i was in ireland i heard on the radio an interview of how one Canadian couples experience of traveling to ireland..they said the price of the insurance they were offered was Extortion...everything else for them fantastic...i should be able to buy insurance from the car hire firm from you..(not your insurance)...it would be more transparent.. "

" i wanted no excess insurance without any extras...i was upsold insurance and had to ask several times to get just no excess insurance ..no personal accident.,.no key insurance..no tyre insurance and no windscreen and so on...in the end my quote was 27 euro per day plus tax...i told him i normally pay 20+ euro ..no good...still 27 euro...i dropped my car back and went to Hertz and asked how much they would charge for same car..21 euro plus vat..fizzer upsold me...also tyers seen better days..have photos....but i will stay with auto europe "

" Not a good experience. Very disappointed with the mechanical condition of the vehicle that we received. It added unnecessary stress to our vacation. "

When we notified Flizzr about this half way through our rental period we were expecting the vehicle to be replaced, it was not. " The car was requiring mantainance. The filter air just fall on pessenger feet without reason. Car was burning fuel. Spent 30€ one week and normally it is 15€. They Exchanged the car but the case is spend time going for the 2nd time to Dublin airport for it. Waste of fuel and time. "

" I went to Flizzr's site to reserve the vehicle and it turns out the vehicle was reserved through a different vendor who never sent me the details or a receipt (Auto Europe). I had to find out what the name of the company was through the charge on my credit card and when I called customer service I was transferred over four times over 45 minutes to get the information I needed to pick up the vehicle from Flizzr. "

" Overall is was quite good. Too much time was wasted whilst picking up the car. This should be quicker. Returning the car was very quick though. I would prefer to pay my own m50 toll, it`s cheaper! I wasn`t told it would cost me extra for Sixt to pay that for me! Wasn`t too pleased about that. The car I received was very economical, I was very happy about that. All service staff were very pleasant and helpful. "
