They apologised and said that they had lots of cars but a lot of them had to have an oil change and were not ready. There were a lot of customers queuing behind me. They finally upgraded me to a larger car for free having first tried to get me to pay extra for an upgrade. "

I had already paid my bill in full, and on returning the car I was informed all was fine.No damage to the car, fuel policy agreed as per contract.
