" It is not nice to be the 1st candidate for damages I did not do. The ENTERPRISE pick-up and drop off systems are not 100% waterproof / guaranteed ! Every time, I experience another system at Enterprise ( already rented cars for many Years )!!! "
" At drop off, the intake person found a few minor scratches on the outside right hand mirror. I told him, I did not do this. Then I recall that the lady who handed out the car, did not show me the registered damages either. So, why do they blame me ? The fault can be on their side as well, the more so, I did not enter any car park during the rental period. It is a very unpleasant experience during my 50 years of car rentals and perhaps at least 750 various cars without any damage. "

" they offer an automatic gear for just 10 euro. afterwards, i got a bill for 3 times the amount plus vat. but at the moment of the offer they did not say that. it is cheaty, misleading and very much upsetting. do not rent at Enterprise at Schiphol any more because they also like you to blame for the misery ! I do not like companies offering a nice deal but do nit say the full essential terms or pretend to forget the essentials ! It is dreadful business approach ! Highly annoying !¬!-! "

" Very slow to process pickups. Only 4 people ahead of us in queue but took approx 30 - 40 mins to get processed. Car was very good but it was a PHEV (Plug in Hybrid) however it did not come with a lead to plug it in!!!! What should be a very effeicent vehicle suddenly became quite inefficient driving up our fuel spend as we had to run on Petrol engine only. a Diesel would have been more efficient "

" I'd had a new Mercedes B class, automatic but the automatic device for putting the car either in Drive or in Arrear, did not work properly. Mercedes must improve this device for a smoother and quicker response, it's rather a poor experience of this steering wheel connected device. A very bad design so far ! "
" I really believe that during busy summer periods they should have much more intake staff, waiting times are far too long ! On April 30, 2019, I'd to wait more than 1 hour before I could start with the rental intake process. And a huge waiting queue behind me !!! Moreover, the own excess Enterprise put on my credit card amounted to € 2031.46 which is much higher than the € 750 mentioned in Auto Europe contract. " the intake process should go much quicker: i do not like to wait so long and i do not like to see that desk staff need to complete so many details where I already gave numerous details during the original booking. the process is NOT efficient at all and should go much quicker, honestly ! I'm renting cars my whole life ( i'm 70 Years of age) and I have also been working for ExxonMobil internationally. I guess I rented perhaps 1,500 cars in my activce career or even more, but the initial process is too long. Once a known customer, always a known customer but not for rental car companies: every time too many well known details have to be implemented. It is stupid and not realistic at all. "

Why not the old fashioned way of a drawing of the car with the established damages ?? Much quicker and less risky and less frustrating re unnecessary time waste ! This process took too much time overall: 1st in the Arrival Hall,m then an extreme long walk to the car rental company and then an extreme long take over process of a simple pick up. " I was given a pink car. Thankfully the guy was happy to offer me 2nd car but there was only 1 car of the same size left. If it was not available, I would have had to upgrade. What car rental company is stupid enough to have a pink coloured car in their fleet? My main annoyance is that fact that when I returned my car, I parked it correctly in an Enterprise parking space. I removed my bags and waited for an official to inspect the car. This is when a female employee instructed me to get back into the car and move it to another parking space a few meters away. What the hell...? I was furious. I had a flight to catch and I was needlessly made move the car from one spot to the other. I didnt say anything at the time as I would regret it. "

" The company is new to Schiphol and the check in was very slow. There was only one member of staff on duty and the couple in front of us took 15 minutes to process. It then took another 15 minutes for us. However the car was excellent with a complimentary satnav and the member of staff who gave us the car was very good. Easy to return car with quick check in but I would prefer to receive completion documents at return rather than us being invoiced later. "
