Speed Limits
Speed limits in Sweden are:

In Sweden you drive on the right side of the road. Be aware of speed cameras that are quite common. A sign will indicate the current speed limit well before the camera. Please also be aware that dipped headlights should be used at all times.
Petrol
Most petrol stations open from 07:00 to 22:00. Automatic pumps, marked 'sedel automat,' operate after business hours and accept notes and credit cards.
Tolls
There are no motorway tolls in Sweden. In Stockholm however you have to pay a congestion charge on weekdays between 06:30 and 18:30. If you drive in those areas a bill will automatically be sent to the rental company. At drop off you will be debited by the rental company.
Parking
In Sweden you can pay for your parking both by using metered on-street parking and timed ticket machines from 08:00 to 20:00. On street parking usually takes place on the right side of the road only. Sweden imposes incredibly high fines for parking violations. If you are unsure weather you can park somewhere always call the number stated on the meter or the sign.
