" We inspected the car at pickup and I noticed a small ding in one of the doors. He kept saying it was a new car (it had 5670km on the clock!) so there were no issues but logged the ding with bad grace. We noticed nothing else at the time. When we returned the car we were shown 3 minor issues with the car in a v aggressive manner. There was a small scrape on the alloys, a little dent in front bumper & scuff marks on the top of rear bumper. They demanded 650 for the damage. Rear bumper needed, at most, a buff but the charge was 100 for repainting. We pointed that out they got aggressive and said we should have taken better care of the car. We'd no bumps in the car and it would seem they wanted issues to charge us. EXTORTION RACKET! "
