" Really good Experience. No delays at Collection. The Car was a bigger car than booked , which was really nice, but there were a number of scratches around the car and it was dark when we collected so very hard to validate the damage. Return was equally efficient, met by a pleasant guy who checked the car for fuel and milage etc but no painful wait time. I would unreservedly and indeed already have booked with Dollar again. "

" When you make a booking a few months before your actual trip it can be difficult to look back through your emails to double check the exact details when you arrive ,why don't Auto Europe send you a reminder with precise pick up location for your car hire stating that the company you should be looking for is actually Hertz and not Dollar . "
" Once I actually worked out that dollar was part of the Hertz group and eventually found the appropriate location which really should have been made very clear by yourselves within 24 hours prior to my pick up ,after that everything was smooth. "

" Very good Experience at the time of getting the car, thanks to a professional Staff member at check in. Also very efficient Drop off and again a friendly and capable staff member carried out the process. Car was good but there was some lingering odor from previous rentals. This lessened after a few days but maybe good to focus on the internal cleaning, especially for cars with cloth interiors. Overall a good experience and I would rent again from your Company. "

" Dollar is part of hertz and they had a system were hertz customers went to two desks and thrify and dollar went to one. Hertz customers have that came after me were gone a hour before I was even talking to a representative. So in the end it took a hour and a half to get my car. "

" Firstly, was NOT directed to Hertz anywhere or by anyone from Auto Eur, we did not know where to go to get the car. Nothing mentioned in ALL the paperwork we had, mentioned Hertz who were acting as your agents. Then charged extra (?30 per day) for something I sorted out on the phone thru your company (in Maine USA), and we were told would be ok. Hertz said that we did not sort it with them - but Auto Eu should be acting on my behalf. Finally given a car with a FILTHY windscreen. NOT at all happy and will NOT be using your company again "

" Very friendly staff member at pickup. I was disappointed to be charged ?6 for cleaning and a ?3.50 credit card handling fee on return. The car was spotless. We only had it for 3 days. There was no rain. We travelled on main roads at all times. So if it was deemed to be un-clean then it was un-clean when it was picked up!! Its not a huge amount but if this is a mandatory charge then it should be clear when the car is being chosen on your web-site "
" I booked a car with them for 17 and ended up paying 100 because of obscure charges and unclear requirements. They asked me if I wanted comprehensive cover and I said I already had one with Auto Europe, then they told me that they'd block 1500 on my credit card and because I didn't have that money available, they forced me to acquire the comprehensive cover for an additional 45, which is almost 3x the rental cost! "

I will leave a review on Tripadvisor, as I can't understand how you would rent a minibus with a 60km per day limit, very disingenuous altogether. The quote I received was for 388 euro , but you managed to take on 350 in hidden costs, that is not right. Regards, Davey "

" Already sent an email complaint to your department awaiting a refund and a reply. Hertz car hire was not helpful and provided terrible customer service as well as taken over 500 from my account with out my authorisation. Not good "
