" We rented a total of 3 cars 1) we had was the pick up bus was too small for us so the driver told us that he will take the 3 drivers and that we would have to come back to the airport to collect our families. He said it wasn't possible for him to collect our families as the bus was too small. 2) Queue when we arrived, not that it was very long, the guys were eating sandwiches and were dealing with everyone very very slow 3) My car was very dirty with 40,000kms on it and registered in another country 4) None of our Visa cards worked and they told us to call our banks yet all our cards worked fine in the BP attached to the same building as we all had plenty of funds 5) They suggested a new rental instead of offering zero excess insurance "

Either they give you a far too big SUV which I did not order and do not want, or they give you an upgrade for which you should be very grateful for but in fact they DO NOT GIVE a CAR that I have ORDERED. This is the second time within a few Months that I experience this repeating off spec performance of car rental company DOLLAR (=Hertz). Not building credibility here at all. They do not care enough about THEIR CUSTOMERS I guess ? "
