The major of car hire suppliers can be found at Terminal 1 and 2. It is therefore important to make sure you head to the correct terminal to pick-up your car. When opting for a car rental at Berlin Brandenburg Airport, Terminal 1, you’ll find the rental desks conveniently located on the E0 level. Please make sure you have all your documents ready before arriving at the service desk. This credit card will be used to secure a deposit upon pick-up. The deposit will be released back onto your credit card once the car is returned in the same condition as when it left. Make sure you check the vehicle thoroughly inside and out, noting any issues on the pick-up slip. Likewise, make sure a member of the car hire team check and sign off the vehicle upon your return.
