" Excellent experience. Michel at the pick up point deserves special mention - toook the trouble to show us some 'must see ' sites for our NL holiday. Offered us coffee - nothing was any trouble. Car was perfectly clean and all minor imperfections pointed out to us and signed off. Car return was equally pleasant - efficient and professional. Top marks all round. "

" Unhappy about the effectiveness of super cover or the way claims are currently administered "

" My car incurred damage which was rightly picked up at drop off. The car provider have been very quick to process and deduct the cost of teh damage from my account. I have super cover insurancce and have informed them of thsi cost and claim but as yet i have still to hear back from them (apart from an automated response) "
