" Alamo did not have the Auto Europe prepaid details when I picked up the car and tried to bill me for a standard contract at twice the price. It was sorted out quickly but the Alamo supervisors were useless. ( The Alamo main computer system had the full contract details including prepayment, but the shortened version on the agent's mobile device did not). The Alamo agent who booked me in was very helpful and I am grateful to her for picking up and resolving the issue. The vehicle was clean and was reliable, but the engine vibrated badly when idling and the bodywork had many small damages (which the rep recorded conscientiously at collection) "
