" I did not get the car! Our family with two kids had late flight vin the evening to the Vienna airport. We had car reservation in rental company USAVE, but they did not worked. In ather morning we called in USAVE company and they say that they have no ours reservation in their sistem. And have no free cars! They advise us to order a car from other rental company ourselves and didn't help us anymore. We had a lot of problems because of bad company work. Now we have a problem how to get our money and the price difference back! "

" I am very unhappy with my hire. How do I request repayment for overcharging...either by Auto-Europe, or by USAVE. I was charged twice for some parts of the hire ? "
" I was charged additional unexpected charges on collection. In total €121 . I understood €60 was for out-of-country driving. However there were local tax, airport tax etc of €61 charged. As with all my previous hires through Auto-Europe, I expected that these were included . They said no...I had to pay "
