" I booked the car with child seat as optional. Optional because system did not allow me to pre-book and pay. I arrived at budget desk and they told they don't have any child seat available at the moment. I told them I have this specified in my booking and had it in the voucher. I've been told since it's optional they can not guarantee the seat. I was given with 2 options. First to cancel the booking or to drive the car with my child sitting on the lap of my wife. I had no choice and I had to drive this way and ask around if anyone I know has a spare one. Terrible service and even-though you specify child seat it makes no difference. On top of it the car I was given was not totally clean and dashboard was dusty. I did not care about this part! "

" Car was in poor condition. Was not clean and had a lot of damage. However it was reliable and I found them to be considerably cheaper than all other car hire companies. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I would not have any problem hiring from Fox again however I would need guarantees in future that the carwould be in better condition. Furthermore I found the staff at the desk both at collection and drop off to be rude and abrupt however the guys who inspected the car at drop off were gentlemen. "

" The company didnt expect me or have the car ready and then charged me a different rate for the car despite having paid already through Auto Europe. "
" Their customer service was zero from start to finish. They made no effort to help me find the car in the airport and it was quite difficult to find with very little signage. It was also very difficult to find where to return the car. The car hire seemed to be set up in favour of domistic use as I had to walk a long distance once I returned the car to my terminal; again there was no directions to help direct customers find their flight. "

" The car company I've hired from has been advertised in 3 different classes with the same price: Mini, Economy and Compact. However it seems they have no vehicles except of Compact class. So I hope AE would better check the real capabilities of their partners; or better display the results. "
" The car seemed to be used excessively, 60K kms mileage, multiple damages, the tyres almost worn. It looks they don't have other cars than Symbol/Albea. Overall service was ok, we got what we pay for. We found a man with the company logo next to exit, outside the terminal, then he drove us to their private parking. Everything was quite simple, however you have to phone him and catch up for car return. "

" Very poor overall experience. On arrival we had no idea where to locate the car hire company. We we eventually found a rep he led us through bushes to a dimly lit road where the documentation was signed via torch light. It all seemed highly suspicious. The car was damaged and poorly maintained. When returning the car the office appeared closed, but we found a young man sleeping on the office sofa. He was quite rude and unhelpful. He drove the car to the airport terminal with us all squeezed into the back and drove off without so much as a thank you. I would never use Fox again. "

Also I paid 29YTL for all tolls, they didn't tell me I had to use a specific lane, possible fine for going through wrong lane, please follow up on my behalf. Other wise no problems "
