    Types of Holidays

Travelling solo or with a partner?

If you think of a perfect holiday, who would you take with you? Would it be your partner, friend or a family member? Or would you rather go on that one break alone?

Who we travel with tells a lot about us and indicates what we hold dear, and what relationship we want to treasure We have made an attempt to differentiate types of holidays based on travel companions. We would like to share our findings with you.

    Family holiday?

    Family holiday

Now, how many of you thought "yay" and how many thought “boring”? For a family holiday to go well without any emotional damage, people really need to like each other. If a family works well as a unit, holidays can be great fun and tighten the bond between the members. Family holidays are often associated with seaside resorts. There are however, plenty of other places families go to, Disneyland in Paris or Orlando. Package holidays also offer activities and games for children so that the parents can spend some time alone.

    Holiday with friends

    Holiday with friends

Travelling with friends? Sounds great, right? However, holidays with friends can be compared to moving in with your partner. You may love spending time together, but the way your partner squeezes toothpaste may make you furious. In order for everybody to get along, everyone should take a step back and accept the different ideas or habits of the rest of the travel company.

    Solo

    Solo travelling

Despite of how it first may appear, solo travel has its merits. After all, this is when we can enjoy the absence of all those we have to patiently bear with. When compared to the above holiday types, solo travelling seems to have more advantages than usually thought. Some quality me-time with triple “W”. “What, where & when” is entirely up to you!
