The most dagerous road in the world is situated near La Paz in Bolivia. These daring 69 kilometers takes you on a route that rises up to 4650 meters and then takes you down hill again a whole of 1200 meters. Even though there is an alternative road nowadays. The “El Camino de la Muerte” (“The road of death”) is still used.

In the Taihang Mountains in China you will find the famous Guoliang Tunnel Road. This road is 1,2 kilometers long and the thunnel, which is carved through a mountain, is only 5 meters wide and four meters high. This road has become one of the most famous attractions for tourists. Be extremely careful if you wish to drive here though.

To find unsafe roads you must not go around the whole globe. In France, close to the French Riviera you will find the mountain pass of Col de Turini.
With sharp curves and tiny stone walls this road will provide exitment for those not faint of heart. This beautiful road is also often used for the Monte Carlo rally. We, however, recommend you to drive real slow and carefully.

In Norway you will find a beautiful, curvy and steep road called “Trollstigen“. Eleven sharp curves with a climb of around 12% will take you 700 meters up. At 320 meters you can make a stop and enjoy the breathtaking waterfall “Stigfossen” or simply take in the views. Trollstigen is only a few meters wide and some parts are one-way. The road is situated in the mountains and is only open for traffic during the summer monthsa. Rest stops are only possible in certain parts of the route, so plan your trip carefully.

Break a leg and drive really carefully!
