Important: Update of Our Terms and Conditions

Summer is around the corner and with it some changes to our terms and conditions. During high season, the availability of vehicles is extremely limited, particularly certain categories (such as vans, family, etc..) And certain destinations (such as islands, for example). This difficulty our ability to confirm certain types of vehicles, especially when they are last minute bookings.

For this reason, our terms and conditions now dictate that there will be no refund for cancellation vans whose rental period should start in July or August and whose location survey is in Europe. Similarly, for those vehicles no refund of unused days.

Note that this change only concerns vans and other vehicles will continue to be covered by our standard terms and conditions, under which the reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours before pick-up date.
