Discover the Turkish Riviera

The Turkish Riviera, otherwise known as the Turquoise Coast, is in south west Turkey. It boasts a sunny climate and therefore warm seas. With a car hire in Antalya you can drive along this beautiful shoreline which lies on the Aegean and Mediterranean seas.

Antalya is a lovely city with cobbled streets lined with historic Turkish houses. Around Antalya there are several old cities where you can see the ruins of many ancient monuments.

Further along the coast is Fethiye, which is on a wide bay with many islands. The city is known for its rock tombs carved into the faces of the cliffs. You can visit some of the islands and discover beautiful waterfalls and stunning scenery.

Marmaris is a popular holiday destination. There are lots of arhceological delights to see as well as Turtle Beach and the waterpark. There are safaris to go on on horseback or on quad bikes for the more adventurous. The beaches here are excellent too if you just want to soak up the sun.

Bordum is a port town on the Aegean sea and faces the Greek island of Kos. The castle in Bodrum dates back to the 15th century and host several festivals thoughout the year. The Tuesday market is a great place to find a bargain or visit the Roman Amphitheatre.
