Anyone due to travel to the Mediterranean be warned. Flash flooding has already caused travel chaos in the South Eastern region of Spain, and now Italy and Greece are on high alert for the same weather front.
As reported by Accuweather, the Mediterranean has been hit by a storm moving in from Northern Africa. Parts of Spain have seen heavy downpours resulting in the flash flooding, by now I’m sure you’ve watched the videos on all social media channels of cars drifting down the roads taken by the floods.
This weather front is now expected to move across to Italy, reaching areas from Sicily through Calabria. With flash flooding predicated and possible mudslides.
