" I was denied a car at the counter for having a recently issued driving license. I have been driving for over 15 years. Had to pay an extra 130 Euro to add a second driver to be able to get the car!! Your website had no such conditions listed. I saw a 30 euro for adding second driver. "

" The collection and drop off of vehicle was very unpleasant. We were hassled into accepting a motorbike assist us to hotel and pay him 200DH and on returning of vehicle we were hassled into paying to clean the car. I refused. "
