" My experience was good and everything was good on time but I'm very bothered about time for my deposit refund . Staff told me about 15 days that's not correct for me . "

" My experience was good but I was bit disappointed when staff tell me that I have to wait for 15 dais for my deposit refund , this isn't good , because I will pay my credit card in 15 days it means I'll pay extra tax for nothing and I don't agree with this time to refund , I have used others company's and they refund in 7 days working !!! I would like some explanation about this "

" Auto Europe should warn that Thrify provide a very well used poorly equipped car. The difference with the Italian rental experience was huge. "

" A very poor car. Felt it was an old Toyota Auris. Seriously underpowered especially 2nd gear. The car felt very well used. 50 k + on clock. Poor quality reverse camera lead to a problem. No cruise control. Very different experience from our Budget car in Orio del Serio. Italy provided a fresh fully operational Automatic car with GPS. "

" Very efficient and organised. Only negative comment was that the air conditioning didn't work and the temperatures were close to 30 C. "

" HERTZ/THRIFTY/FIREFLY/ KERKIRA GRC 107.99 the 5th May they also took from my credit card. I did ask for 2nd driver which i believed was 6.15 a day. On my arrival at the desk they said because it was sunday and there was no petrol stations open they gave me a full tank, which they charged me for they said they would refund me for whatever was left in the tank. I feel the 107.99 was a bit steep, I havent received my refund yet. So the hire for the car plus charges from thrifty worked out more expensive than I allowed for. "
