It was our first experience with an electric car and I think more information should be given about charging, charging stations, fast charges (and charging prices etc). Initially told it would be 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I was told it would be an additional 45 minutes, as the car needed an oil change,but the car would be upgraded to a higher spec Dodge Durango. 1 hour later, I was told the car was on its way. I had to redo paperwork for higher spec car and pay more for gas. I got the keyes of the car and was about to leave car park, when I was told that I would not be getting this car, but another car, which was not yet ready. After complaining about the appalling service I left with the Dodge Durango. "
